County Short Term Rental Ordinance Hearing
Taos County’s draft Short-Term Rental Ordinance will be heard at the County Board of Commissioners on the morning of Tuesday, August 20th. This is an opportunity for the community to share their perspectives and experience on Short-Term Rentals (like Airbnb and VRBO) in public comment. Taos Housing Partnership supports regulation to Short-Term Rentals and encourages the community to participate!

Tenant’s Rights Law Workshop
Taos Housing Partnership is excited to partner with New Mexico Legal Aid to offer a Tenant’s Rights Law Workshop on Tuesday, March 26 at the Kit Carson Electric Co-Op Board Room (118 Cruz Alta Road). Tenant Law presentations will be at 2pm and 5pm. From 3-5pm and from 6-8pm attendees can sign up for one-on-one appointments with a lawyer from NM Legal Aid. Hope to see you there!
