In addition to providing detailed information to help participants become more informed homebuyers, the class is a jumping-off point for accessing a variety of services which can make homeownership more affordable!
Services include:
Free & ongoing one-on-one coaching with Homewise to create a Homeownership Action Plan
Access to Homewise as a mortgage lender, with a low (2-5%) downpayment
Access to Taos Housing Partnership’s future Down Payment Assistance Fund
For first-time, low-income Homebuyers- access to the Mortgage Finance Authority’s low interest rates
